The module includes simulations for the all-inside technique, outside-in technique, transtibial pullout technique for meniscal root repair, and meniscal ramp repair using a two-portal posteromedial approach.

"We are thrilled to launch this innovative new simulation module which will provide orthopedic trainees with an educational and realistic experience for meniscal repair," said Professor Seil. "VirtaMed's technology offers a safe and effective way for trainees to practice and refine their skills, without risking harm to real patients."
"We are proud to have created a training module that provides an unparalleled level of realism and accuracy," said VirtaMed’s project coordinator Claude Hoeltgen.
