April 06, 2019The standardized 20+2 approach for obstetric ultrasound examination, is included in the new Obstetric Ultrasound simulator from VirtaMed. Launched during the 2019 annual conference of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), VirtaMed’s GynoS™ simulator extends its training modules to include transabdominal and transvaginal obstetric ultrasound.

AANA, VirtaMed collaboration to set new standards for arthroscopy training

La France prépare un programme éducatif national de simulation en arthroscopie: « La quête du geste parfait »
December 07, 2017Depuis le 1er novembre 2017 en France, tous les internes en chirurgie sont tenus à suivre une formation sur simulateur. Pour déterminer la meilleure approche en arthroscopie, le Collège Français des Chirurgiens Orthopédiques et Traumatologues (CFCOT) mène une étude nationale sur les méthodes de formation en arthroscopie, en collaboration avec la Société Francophone d’Arthroscopie (SFA) et la sociéte VirtaMed. La deuxième série de données sera collectée lors d’une tournée dans plusieurs hôpitaux universitaires, en terminant par le congrès de la Société d’Orthopédie de l’Ouest (SOO) organise à Rennes du 28 au 30 juin 2018.
