2.Get RMA number

 
In case your system needs closer attention, our support engineers will give you a specific support number, the so-called Return Merchandise Authorisation, along with other key information regarding shipping. Kindly remember to always refer to this number and any further identifying information when communicating with us about the issue, so the process will be even faster!

3.Send items

to support
 
Send your items for maintenance only after you have received the RMA number. Remember to clearly state the number in the shipment!
