Alberto is responsible for the Service & Support team that operates from our Swiss headquarters. The team's goals are ensuring customer satisfaction, providing first-class support to VirtaMed’s customers around the world, and maintaining close relationships in order to deliver timely assistance and deployment of updates. Together they contribute to VirtaMed's continuous improvement, working together with development and production teams to maintain our commitment to providing the highest quality in simulation.
After 15 years developing technical instrumentation in a large multinational equipment supplier to the metal industry, Alberto moved across the Alps, from Italy to Switzerland, in 2016 to embark on this challenge with VirtaMed.
During his spare time, Alberto loves running marathons and traveling worldwide with his family.
